Muse Score 4 sometimes won't import the chord changes properly. There seems to be a bug in the software.

But there is a workaround.

format > style

scroll down the long list to "chord symbols".

switch the "style" setting to "jazz" and back to "standard"*.

​

The chord changes should now appear correctly.
